I love eating pipas! Wish we could have them in the cinema.

Very interesting. Did you know that Verano Azul was filmed in Nerja and there is a little park there named after it. There is a fishing boat in the park which I assume is from the show, and plaques with the characters names.

I knew it was filmed there but had no idea there was a park! How cool! Now I need to visit it!

Yes, it’s only small, next to the’river’. Some bars and houses also have little signs saying ‘As seen on Verano Azul’, to attract tourists obviously.

I grew up addicted to these in Canada. Had a different crack-open technique though.

We'd crack them between the upper and lower first molars, pointy side towards front teeth. Gosh, haven't had any in years. And I didn't know about the little side bag ones - brilliant.

Well I said "we" but it may have just been me. I chipped a front tooth when I was a kid brushing snow off a car windscreen (so Canadian). When I jumped up to get the last bit of snow I slipped and my face bashed against the glass. So the molar cracking technique may be because I've been overprotective of my front teeth every since.

I want to eat pipas now! I’m going to the supermarket “Coviran” (Guadix) to buy a bag of granaínas salaillas and dry out my lips, and, as your friend Izaskun says, give me free lip fillers 😋😋😋
