I'm more Team Salmorejo/Ajoblanco than Team Gazpacho, because I like those textures better and find gazpacho a bit too acidic for me. But hey, good thing there is something for everybody.

Love this! I didn’t know there was a gazpachuelo from Castilla. The malagueño version has mayonnaise and seafood (usually) and was a big favourite of fishermen returning to port, apparently! It’s one of my fave Málaga dishes

I meant Gazpacho Manchego not gazpachuelo oops. You are right gazpachuelo is from Málaga. In Granada they call a version of that mayonnaise seafood soup Sopa Sevillana but it has nothing to do with Seville but named after a restaurant!
